my car is too stinky :icon_tdow

this morning i got my hood popped and popo looked under my car to see if i got a cat....anyways, my car is F-CON tuned for 12psi (stock turbo and everything)....i have no cat and a full cat back exhaust. my car is quiet but very stinky, if i stand towards the back of the car while its idling... it kinda burns my eyes and nose. so my question is.. if i weld a new cat on and keep my cat back exhaust... will i be able to get rid of some of the stinkyness? because i think it was the smell that got me pulled over.

If it stinks and burns then it may be oil. Look into that.

Cheers,

Seems pretty normal for having no cat. What do you have before the catback? What brand of downpipe, and what after that. Depending on the brand of downpipe, there should be a cat that is a direct fit do no welding is involved. Just remember that you can't use just any cat on a rotary, especially a turbo one. The extreme heat will kill a normal cat.

before the cat back its a apexi down pipe and then after that it is a apexi gt spec full cat back exhaust with 2 pre silencers on it. the air pump has also been taken out.
