my 6 port turbo s4/s5 mix n' match motor plan, tell me i can't do it.

what i am planning on building is going to sound interesting, rediculous, and maybe a little bit far fetched.
i have 2 blocks dissassembled.
first: 89 NA that locked up (then unlocked trying to get the flywheelnut off)
(3) 6 port irons in great shape
1 good rear rotor
1 totally fucked front rotor
1 decent but some flaking rear housing
1 totally fucked front housing(i dont even have it anymore)
1 set of good oil pump front cover bearings chain ect/
sacond: 88 turbo that ran for i dont know how long with NO OIL(not a sensor working to tell me tho!)
1 good rear housing
1 surprisingly good housing
1 good rear iron
1 totaly fucked( and cracked)mid housing
1 you get the idea front housing
1 perfectly usable rotor
1 front rotor, if i can figure i way to get the MELTED side seals out and check for clearence i MIGHT use it
good set of oil pump, chain ect/
the plan:
I could use the 6 port s5 irons like they are and take the hole for the turbo oil line(only diffrence i could find on them. but then i would have a 4 port manifold to 6 port block.
i could also port them to 4 and use the stock s4 turbo manifold.
I am going to reuse the s4 housings, cuz they look damn good.
already ordered my rebuild kit, now just making a streetport/6to4 port conversion template.
after in the car i plan on stock turbo with ported waste gate and 10 psi+supporting mods
what could possibly go wrong?

The stationary components are fairly interchangable. If your using the N/A plates i'd use the N/A manifolds too.

The biggest thing is that you have to keep your rotating assembly within one series and one type (ie. all S4 turbo or all S5 N/A). If you have a side seal melted into a rotor I don't think it would be adviseable to re-use that one. Find a good used one of the same kind. If you need to I think you could swap the eccentrical shafts but when I did my rebuild I was advised against that. If you go S4 internals make sure you have S4 counter weights and vice-versa.
