alright i have a quick nooby question here.
im new to rotaries and gonna get a n/a fc sometime within the next year or so
does it really matter if i get s4 n/a or a s5 n/a?

Look at the FAQs at the top of this. There are some differences, but it doesn't really make sense for me to try to spell them all out here. the Specifications and FAQ sections at the top will help you a lot.

You will quickely learn that the search button near the top of the page is your best friend for finding information like this. There are many, many differences that you will be able to read up on.
Start by looking at the spec's from each year/model at the top of the forum. This will tell you what the car you are looking at started with. After that look through the archive and see what common problems these cars have and how to fix them.
You have lot's of reading to do.
