Munroe Sensa-tracs vs KYB

Anyone know how the MUNROE Sensa-trac shocks compare with the KYB GAS-A-JUST? I have the MUNROE with lowering springs, and my car bounces around like a bitch. Are the GAS-A-JUST a harder shock?

I like KYB, but that is just me. I have heard a lot about both shocks. I am curious to find out what other will say about both.

You want performance shocks that can deal with a lowered car. Tokico blues would be my choice - if price is a concern.

Tokico blues tend to be rather stiffly valved for S4 coupes. They are better with the weight of a 'vert or a S5 Turbo.

KYB AGX maybe?

Koni's on the softest setting ride decently as well.

I only have S5 experience so, I'd listen to Icemark if you have a S4.

We sell Monroe sensa trac shocks/struts at my shop and I wasn't even aware that they were avaible for our car. Learn something new everyday.

i have kyb adjustables and Tanabe grip force springs on my 88 and tokico blues and RB springs on my 86 and the kybs feel much stiffer but I like them both.

Will non-adjustable monroes, or kybs fit on an 87 GXL? I'm not looking for aggressive struts, just something to replace my blown ones.

Yes, you just won't have the factory adjustment anymore, and should unplug the factory suspension controller.

Thanks for the info, me and the local autostores employee got into an argument over this, they say, "it won't work, I know this from working on Fords", I say, "sorry, I know more about Mazda's than you, so let me buy them", And I end up leaving with a feeling of victory and embarrassment(I yelled that from across autozone yesterday). I really appreciate it.
