If you wanted to run them on all of your spark plugs, you would actually need 3 of the listed device. One for the leading, and two for the trailing.

However, you will only see any noticable benefits by putting the box on the leading ignition coil and leaving the trailings in stock operating form. Adding the two extra boxes will not give any noticable change in performance below 700 hp levels.

Why choose the MSD Sport compact ignition box? Its pretty much identical to the much cheaper MSD-6A, save the box it comes packaged in.

To clarify: you only need one box to get the benefits of CDI ignition.

um I would spend the money on other things first and once you get enough hp then go with it because thats when you will notice a differance supposedly. I got the msd 6a from a guy on thepartstrader.com a long time ago however you can get them on ebay for just as cheap.
