I think this motor mount has 150k miles on it and it's TOTALLY destroyed, I got the top bolt off and the metal "Mushroom" top just fell off... the bolt on the bottom just spins... with the nut.

I can't pry it either.... any suggestions?

They look like a set of visegrips combined with a bike chain.

I got the stiffer mounts from mazdatrix for a few dollars more, but I order alot of stuff from them and they have pretty good Customer service so they've got my buisness.

Well i Got them off... passenger side had to be cut out with dremel and a cut off wheel. Driver side came out just fine. Now the headers go in! W00t
