missing vacuum lines

My bought a 86 FC from a guy who took all the vacuum lines out and we got all of them but one (i think) Neither of us can read a diagram. I was wondering if someone can show us on their car where this line goes, sorry for the sizing of the photo.

That line is for fluid for the cold start device. You can cap it off.

That's the feed for the sub zero starting assist injection. Easiest thing to do is hook it up with a rubber line that connects from the sub zero injector to the sub zero starting assist tank. That or you can cap it with a vacuum line block off nipple.
