Am I missing a vacuum hose?

I was just checking the charge relief valve hose today and noticed I am possibly missing a small vacuum hose. At the base where the charge relief valve hose connects to the secondary turbo output tube, there is a small brass nipple that has no hose on it. I see like 2 other hoses that are properly attached. I can't find a hose just hanging around either. Is this common? Would a picture help to explain?

If you have a manual transmission then you should have one tube without any vacuum hoses on it. It is for autos and it connects to a vacuum chamber.
