I was looking in my engine bay today and noticed a part that was taken off and i found it in my glove box. Im not sure what it is, but it is this little black box like thing and its one the passenger side of the motor towards the front. Car isnt running any different, but im curious of what it is and if i should try and splice it back on. If anyone knows please let me know. I can get pictures of it later today, once i get home if that helps.

 

If you don't know what it is and you found it in the glovebox, how do you know where it's supposed to go?

When I bought the car the guy said it was taken out, but he didn't know what it was and alright ill post a picture in a second.

That's a fuel cut defender. It bypasses the stock fuel cut system when turbo cars boost above the stock limit. No need for one on a NA.

Haha yeh I don't see why it would need one, but he told.me it wasn't needed so it was taken off.
