will a 1/2 torque wrench 10-150 pound do..??

will a 1/2 torque wrench 10-150 pound do..??

hey guys will that kind of wrench/ratchet be enough to torque down the tension bolts that hold together the engine( housings ) and torque the rest of the bolts and nuts around the upper and lower intake manifolds, exhaust, engine to transmission bolts etc??

ok i thought teh tension bolts from teh engine to transmission needed more torque what about teh engien mounts?
