MBC worth it?
I'm getting my wastegate ported in a week and putting on full RB exhaust along with an apexi intake. Today, I bypassed the duty solenoid and I'm boosting 5-5.5psi solid. I haven't run it in colder weather, so I don't know about creeping. My question is, is it worth it to put on a MBC in place of it and set it at 8psi? I read that adding another restriction is bad because it slows the wastegate's reaction speed.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I wouldn't bother with an MBC because when I had my TII, even with wastegate ported and full RB exhaust, it would creep up past 8psi already. And thats without even doing any hard 4th or 5th gear pulls to see how much more it would creep...

well... that's the thing. I want it to shoot straight up to 8psi, and stay there... ideally. I guess I'll just tie down the connection that's bypassed until after I port the wastegate. Then I'll see if I need an MBC... any other ideas?

if you have a problem with creeping, no boost controller of any kind is going to help you out. The point of a boost controller is to control the rise of the boost amount. If you creep without a boost controller, you're definitely gonna boost with a boost controller. Get your creeping problem fixed before add a boost controller, because it's going to start creeping at a much sooner rate with a MBC.
