Question Mazdatrix oil cooler lines?

I have a few questions on mazdatrix's oilcooler lines for the fc.

1) Does anybody have them?
2)Did they fit good?
3)shipping costs?

Any info will be nice..heres a pic..

1) I've installed them for someone else.
2) About as good as stock.
3) dunno... couple bucks I'd imagine.

It should be noted that they retain the use of banjo bolts (since they are pretty much just stock replacements), which tend not to flow all that well.

Which are you refering to - the banjo or -AN lines?
The banjo will be just like stock.
The -An will be a little more $, will flow a bit better, and look nicer.

The lines pictured above are not stock Mazda OEM lines. They are braided stainless steel lines that have stock/stock-style fittings swaged onto the ends, so that they are a direct replacement for stock lines. Thus, they fit Exactly like stock, they just look a little prettier. They stil retain the use of the three stock banjo bolts.

If you are looking for stock replacements, get these. If you are looking for serious performance lines, get the -AN lines which require the use of adapters. Banjo bolts flow terribly and offer significant restrictiopns to oil flow and pressure drop (which should only be an issue in VERY heavily modded engines... IE: oil loop lines, 3 window bearings, higher-rate OPR, High-volume oil pump, modded oil passages, etc).

Somebody installed teflon lines instead of the plastic of ss ones and last time I checked hasn't had a single problem with them. And they didn't really cost him much. Do a search.

I've run with the stainless ones for about 3 years now. No problems whatsoever. Well worth the cost, fit right in...The aluminum AN fittings like to seep oil a little, though. No big deal, just a stain, not a leak...

Smooth-radius curves of -AN fittings rather than 90 degree bends into two small holes of a banjo bolt.

Rifled? For more flow? That makes no sense.

I think these are the same lines that corksports sells, corksports gets these made from a shop in socal. I purchased a set from corksports last time and one of the lines did not fit and the shop in socal sent me another one.
