max boost

quick question.. how much boots can a street ported t2 handle.. kinda need to know so i dont over boost.. having a hard time finding the info i need. thanks

a streetported T2 engine can probably handle somewhere around 40PSI, but that would depend on the power level being made at that boost amount and also what series the motor is in, etc.

How much your current EMS, fuel system, turbocharger, intake manifolds, spark plugs, intercooler/piping, MAP sensor and etc can handle are another story entirely.

i used to always run 20psi. thought it was fast as heck, until i tried 12psi.
