Marker Lights turn on when I press the brake?! What is going on?

Marker Lights turn on when I press the brake?! What is going on?
Hey all,
From my previous problem, I found that my headlight switch and wiring harness were fried (shouldn't a fuse blow first?). I changed both, but my marker lights (and instrument cluster lights) still come on when I press the brake! Also, when I turn the lights on, that "Stop" idiot light comes on, but my brake bulbs are fine... Anyone have any input or solutions? Help appreciated.
