Ok, so I will go back and get 70w90 for my diff. I got 10w30 again, because there were only two bottles of 10w40, at autozone(I go there cus an employee has a rx7,and he gives me discounts), and like twelve 10w30 bottles. I used them all because I forgot to put my drain plug back it, and so 4 bottles went on the ground. But I figured it out and used 5 1/2(had to put half in after a quick drive).

I got brembo brake rotors, duralast didn't really perform well enough for me.

Thanks for the link on the fuse box. My fsm has that page ripped out. and my haynes has oil on that page, which made it really hard to read.

Oh, the pressure sensor; Well, previous owner told me that it didn't work, I searched on here for pressure sensor; a couple members told me its a pressure sender, mazdatrix has it.

I used the cheap screwdriver brake tool on my rear break calipers(rear are 1 cylinder, front are 4 cylinder), until a friend let me borrow his brake caliper master tool kit. The rubber gasket was torn before I put my brake pads on. I mean that it was torn while the previous owner had it. I got the caliper rebuild kit, because I want to do it myself, to further my confidence in my car, and to understand how it works. Also, I read the horror stories of shops that are unfamiliar with rotaries, I'd rather try and take it on myself.
I'll bleed my brakes again after I rebuild my caliper.

One of my friends(he has an s2000, I was a little scared to trust him) told me to fill it up all the way, I'm scared that I would break the coolant seal, but everything seems to be ok

Thanks Evil Aviator, beefhole, JYM

Today, I started my car to hear the coolant buzzer! My hear sank, so I checked the coolant, it was low. I found that I didn't put the drain plug on tight enough, so I fixed that and added more coolant. Now, I sat with my car until it idled at 750 RPMs. I took it for a quick spin and realized, its harder to lift off in first, my car almost stalled. I did some stop and launchs(DD ones, no race ones), and I guess its my footwork. I feel that I've lost compression. I wanted to rebuild it since summer started, and I haven't had enough time to do so.
Its bad now, because I'm moving and I really hope that it will last until I move into my new house, so I can't begin yet. It also sucks because if I'm going to build it right I should wait to see the damage instead of ordering before hand. But school may start before I get what I need to continue.

If I last to 181,000, than N/A rotary engines are tanks. I'm still surprised how some members last over 200,000miles!!

I think I'm basically documenting my Rx7 here. This may help a bunch of people.

PA oil

I have used both 10w30 and 20w50.And under a heavy load my engine runs, sounds, and feels that it likes 20w50 a lot better.I don't know however what cold start would be like in the winter. You could just switch to a lighter weight oil when it gets below freezing.

Wow, 180,000 miles? Original engine? That's got to be one of the highest mileage cars on the forum.

Yep, original miles, I've seen some over 200,000 miles. Once I get situated, I'm starting a rebuild/restore regardless. I plan to post it here when I start.
