making new guage cluster
anyone have any plot files or real high res pis of the s4-s5 main guage cluster?
i have access to a plotter and want to make some custom coloered guages

I don't see how a plotter would help unless you have some special ink pens... and you need the plastic to plot on. Unless you just make covers.
Are we talking about a drafting plotter (you know, for blueprints and technical drawings) or some other kind of machine? You may be able to drain/clean a dead plotter pen and fill it with ink from a wal-mart glow in the dark pen.
I think it's possible, but remember the addage "measure twice, cut one".
What program will you be using? I think Photoshop can export to plotter freindly formats. Autocad will do what I'm about to mention. Just take a flat picture of the cluster, and trace it in the program you are using with vector shapes. It dosen't have to be high rez picture you're tracing just strech the picture. Take your time and line up your vector shapes with the picture. Hell, I think I'll do it tonight I'm getting rather interested.

it is a production quality plotter and i also have the abllity to burn color onto the vinal, we have a michine that cancut to a width of 6 feet and the print/burner has a 18 inch limit
program seems like the autocad stuff we had in high school except even more stuff
