If you know you want a turbo... buy a turbo. It's a LOT of work to convert them, will cost you more in the long run, and will never have the resale value of a TII.
Exception: TII drivetrain in a convertible. Bad ***...

I guarantee I will turbocharge my NA FC, but it won't be for a few years. I already have put a TII tranny in it. Only thing still stock on my FC is the suspension which will be replaced within a few months, and the engine which will be replaced whenever I've got the money for a new engine. Everything else is aftermarket. Maybe I'll even decide to go with a 20B instead...

An extra rotor.

The 13B is a two rotor engine, where the 20B is a 3 rotor engine. And way more potential for power.
