ok, im lookin for a quick way to boost my hrspower up. i've heard that chrome headers will boost it 40hp. does anyone know how much these cost? and what would be better, a mid pipe, a down pipe, or a pre silencer? can you guys give me some prices?

 

I assume we're talking about an N/A? Racing Beat, Mazdatrix, and Rotary Performance offer a large selection of exhaust components. A header will replace the stock exhaust manifold and provide a very adequate gain in power. However many people think they are loud, some do not. I suggest reading Mazdatrix's narrative on exhaust systems:

The best combination may be to leave the stock manifold, and replace everything after that.
