low voltage!!!!!!!!!

I'm dealing with the same issue, Chris. I've tried just about everything, short of replaceing the alternator with an FD alternator. However, i have replaced it with an OEM rebuilt. Still got low voltage tho try checking the voltage at the battery with a DMM

Your TT is measuring the voltage between the ignition swtich and your ground point. This isn't necessarily battery voltage! Like Fingers said, get a DMM and measure the voltage across the battery terminals. Should be 12V with the engine off and 14.5V with it running.

That's about average, if not the high end is a bit low.&nbsp I'd normally see 13.9VDC absolutely highest.&nbsp These stock alternators suck.
