What is the oil pressure reading for the same rpm in each gear? The same vehicle speed will result in lower rpm for a higher gear, hence, somewhat lower oil pressure. If the pressure varies at the same rpm in each gear, then, you've got one weird problem.

Ok here is all the crap... First his car is idling at 15psi you hold it above 3k rpm's on idle it will raise to 60psi. And then the driving comes you drive it and it will go above 30+ in 3k+ rpm mode but never reach 60 .... and then if you let off it drops straight to 0. Not fast but slowly. It does it in all gears and I cleaned the sending unit.

Wrong front cover gasket was used. You have a leak/bleed through on the front cover oil O-ring.
