Looseing boost up high

I think my boost controller is off but today comeing home going up the hill I droped from 11? to 5? psi as the end of 3rd... what the hell is with this??? its a series 5 turbo motor in a gxl...

mine did that after i blew my motor. the PSI would drop dramaticly
