So you just need the plug with some wire on it that attaches to the sensor? If so, you could just make one from a speaker connector you can get at any electronics store. Just solder it on there and then tape it nicely, or even shrink wrap it and voila, you have a conector. It would be better than a used one you would find anyway.

I've been able to repair most broken plastic using putty stick type epoxy.

For a harness connector I tape the pieces I have on the plug, knead a large marble size ball of epoxy putty & mold it around the tape.

Cosmo-on the thermosensor it is not the same as the rest of the sensors so you cannot just buy the speaker connector type ones and hook it up. Anyone know where to order it from?

So your talking about the water thermosensor on the back of the water pump housing right?

If so it is the same plug as the injectors or BAC.
The BAC difference is that the notch is offset so you can't mix the 2 up.

It's a dark green 2 pin plug. It's a bitch finding new ones. I ended up cutting it off my hacked Jspec harness. I think I'm out of those on the harness.

You can use one of these other plugs by cutting off the notch on the sensor.

You need to be clearer on what you're you're talking about. The stock e-fan's thermoswitch is on the filler neck, and any female spade terminal can be used on it, available from any auto parts, electrical or hardware store. The ECU's thermosensor is on the back of the water pump and requires a specific plug.
