Smile Lookin for a turbo II

I've been looking for a nice, good, reliable Turbo II, to use as a daily driver. I have to drive really far to work and my 87 n/a won't be able to make that long trip much longer. I want to rebuild her myself later on. But for now I want a nice turbo II. One that I wont have to worry about anything breaking or falling apart. I won't mind the casual oil changes, etc. . I was wondering if there was anything I should look out for, or check before buying a Turbo II? Also if anyone is selling a turbo II, or knows of one for sale, please post or e-mail me at j0hnnyblaze7@hotmail.com (the "o" is a zero). Thanks for reading.
Ben

Ya get a NA for a daily...I'm running my TII to work everyday, and I'm just flat out paranoid something is gonna blow up and leave me with no car...I just need to up and fix my 83 GSL before all is said and done...Anyone near VA have a good 12a?

I use my 88 T2 as a everyday driver and its GREAT! Why did I ever have a na I wonder? They just lack power. The T2 has everything a sports car driver would love! Just get a good one thats been maintained! Its quite easy to tell if it has or hasn't!
Good luck! & Your making the right choice...TURBO RX-7!

The TII can be a reliable dialy, but every NUT out there tries to cut you off, pull out in front of you, etc..

I'd recommend having your insurance company cover you for $8500. I think you can also have your insurance company reimburse you if another carrier will only pay bluebook (if someone hits you).

Thanks for all your replies guys. I still plan to completely rebuild my n/a myself, it's my first car. Now I just have to wait for the right turbo II to come along. Thanks
