My plan is to run the wires to here.

 

 

If those wires are reversing polarity to control the motor, you are going to need to use relays.

It's called "5 wire" and 12volt.com will have a schematic on how to wire up reversing polarity door locks. Just because it says "door locks", the theory is the same.

 

I going to try window switches first

 

That would work, just not nearly as reliable over the long term.
