Local Engine Shop quoted me for Jspec Engine
I called up the local engine shop around here..
they wasnt 1254.00 + Tax for everything including installation for a J-Sped Turbo Engine....
iam gonna swap my Tranny first and then get that engine swap...
what you guys think?

If you live in Cincinnati, there's a local J-Spec distributor.
If I so desired, I could head up there with my dad's Pathfinder and pick one up.

arent ALL J-Spec Engines Turbo?
well if they are putting in a turbo engine dont they need to swap like the ecu and stuff?
its not a direct swap is it?

All J-Spec engines are turbo, and if you're converting a N/A to Turbo, it is NOT a drop in. You'll have to figure out how you're going to run the engine (stock, aftermarket EMS) and figure out how you're going to get that power to the ground. The N/A tranny will handle normal driving, but if you start fooling around at the dragstrip, than that thing will break.
