Like to slide need new LSd
Rite so I got reported the other day because I span out in the corner while being chase . Anyway I need a new LSD , open the housing and oil and metal ran out , It still turns the wheel but launching sucks cause only wheel get power .
Which brings me to point , I want to buy a new LSD and thought i asked around to see which one was the best, So hit with some parts and digits or sites or just names. Any are appreciated.

yeah, a locker performs GREAT on pavement going around corners (haha). Not only will you have to buy a locker, you will have to buy new rear tires every other month... Great idea!!

you don't have to buy a locker, just weld your standard diff up. LSD's are unreliable, well the standard 1's are. but if you want an LSD go and see your local mazda dealership for a mazdaspeed one.

iTrader: (10)
Kaaz and a few other brands are sold at:
http://www.rx7.com
http://www.corksort.com
But IMHO its not worth the costs, find a good condition stock s4 clutch type lsd for around $200 or less.

How much do you plan to spend? From your profile it says you have an 87 N/A. If I were you, instead of buying a $900 LSD to put in your N/A rearend. I'd spend the money on a T2 Tranny drivetrain setup. You'll have better acceleration because of the gear ratios plus the T2 Transmission can handle greater amounts of torque. The drive/half shafts are much stronger and the Viscous LSD that comes in the T2 rearend you can run into the ground forever without a single hint of problems. The N/A LSD was clutch type and can wear out easily as you have found.
