Dealer glass, not factory.... and thats not what this thread is about. This is a replacement to the metal piece on the existing track.

Neither did your piece of ****.... There was NO FACTORY GLASS SUNROOF....

It was a dealer-installed item. Read the f-ing thread. Also... does your sunroof seal into the stock location? Does yours have switches that match the cars stock theme? I doubt it.

I was told that it was factory by a guy at a local rx7 shop. That some came with an optional glass sunroof. Just what I heard. It looked completly stock to me so figued it was and not dealer modified.

the glass moonroof was offered as an additional incentive, mainly to the 10th ae line of car which as we all know were not 10th ae from factory all that was done in port. so the windows that were bronze, the black int., the badges, the floor mats, the shift boot/shifter combo, steering wheel, taillights, headlight washers, and special alarm were all produced over here for a 1500 car run. so why wouldnt it be beliveable that the dealer could make one?

the roofs came from a glass company called pacific glass out of california, who unfortunatly lost their shop in a fire so dont try to get a hold of them for one, its already been tried, they went out of buisness around 93 i think.

i have a stock moon roof on my fc. if you want pics ill be glad to get whatever dind you want. just let me know.
