How to disengage factory alarm

My alarm keeps going off randomlly and i dont know how to disconnect it. Will someone please tell me how to do this. That would be great.

I did mine. It was an S4, under the passanger dash. Remove the speaker/under panel thing. It will be a small metal box with a harness plugged into it. Check the FSM, I think its there
