Good choice on the Lexan, I saw someone on here mention earlir that they were concerned about it getting yellow. This isn't an issue with Polycarbonate (Lexan is a brand of polycarbonate), it will never yellow the way that plain acrylic will. It is also a lot stronger, it's the stuff they make airplane windshields out of.

I find it pathetic you need to edit the thread for those reasons. Wasn't out of hand, wasn't offensive, wasn't the only thing posted. Not like we're going to build a shrine dedicated to pink-shirt-girl on Geocities.
*shrug* I guess. Ball's in your court.

We also found a new seal for the roof, that is 10 times better than the one we used on our prototype.

I want to make sure everyone can see the final product before I start taking money. I will use this thread to see who where the first 25 interested in purchasing the roof.

I do plan on taking money b4 I start buildling them, But I'm not worried because the sunroofs look so good they have to sell.
If not there's always E-bay
So what's the big fukin deal about a lexan sun-roof - my fully operational home-built is going into it's 3rd Canadian winter as I write and has performed flawlessly since I put it in in 2000.
Parts cost me around $70 in total - take a look at my avatar for a pic of the installation which is a complete replacement for the tin roof along with modifications to the interior headliner and etc.
