You would be better served if you just set the TPS to 1 volt and be done with it. Measure the voltage on the Green/Red wire w/key to on after the car is fully warmed up. Not partially warmed up or mostly, but fully. Checking the ohms on aged wiring is not the most efficient manner to set the TPS. There are cases where folks have burned out part of the ECU in an attempt to dial in the TPS using the LED light method. The FSM states the G/R wire should read 1 volt at the ECU.

Done and Done, set to as Close to one as i can get it. However... messing with the wires to the TPS while Testing seems to make a .300 Drop or Raise in Volts.. making it seem as if the TPS is on its way out.

Also the reason for doing this, my Next door Nabisco kid was looking at my car and felt it proper to go and turn Screws.. hood was up and i was cleaning parts inside -_-

BUT with it at 1 Volt feels as if the Cars got Smooth Excell.. but seems to not have much power... it would seem the Car's Leaning out over 3K, Normally I would Point at my grounds Again.. but due to this Issue with the TPS cant help but think its still a TPS issue

You can simulate load on the engine by removing the vacuum hose to the Boost/Pressure sensor, plugging the hose and disconnecting the plug to the TPS and while in the driveway rev the engine and see if you get the same results or not.

welp.... by doing this at 4 K or so if i rev slowly Warmed up. It dips from 4 to 3.5 and back over an over, by giving ti a little more Gas it powers over it.. and seems to not lean out ( Using a Cruddy short ban to see this) But i can hear and feel when it dips off... not sure whats going on.

O.... Found this with the Crank Angle
the Green wire going to it seems to be .... Exposed?

i could see this causing an issue.. but.. the one im having though?

Sure the throttle cable isn't dead tight and holding the throttle plates open?? Sure??????

I notice at 3800 rpm the engine makes a funny sound. IT's like the secondary injectors came online at 3800 which should not happen in the driveway.....UNLESS the TPS is disconnected and the ECU is seeing the car NOT in neutral. PLUS the boost/pressure sensor seeing zero pressure. Like it's hose is not seeing vacuum from the intake. Those conditions will let the secondarys come online in the driveway.

Throttle plates are open and NOT shut like they should be and there's no way to tell from here WHY.

He was simulating load when the video was shot.
