Get a pinion snubber along with a new subframe. With the pinion snubber in, you don't have to weld the diff mount, just bolt it on regularly. You'll never have any problems with broken front diff mounts again.

It's basically an adjustable metal "pole" with a rubber tip that you bolt to the body (rubber tip pointing down), and it keeps the diff mount from moving upwards.

Hahaha, I thought it seemed strange that you hadn't already installed one.

I plan on getting one (and the rear ones too)...eventually... although my problem may or may not just be backfiring since my mounts don't seem to be broken.

Well your car is a beast man, I dont think the stock diff mounts were made to compensate for all the torque and power u got. I envy you for having the power my na lacks.

I just noticed this thread is old, so how much power did you have when this happened ?

Well, this thread is about 4 years old, so that was back when the car was stock. It was a few weeks after I got a JSpec installed.
