MA kinda new need help?

ok so i bought a 86 rx7 gxl and im trying to get it real clean! but the stock rims have this black stuff on um thats hard to scrub off is there an easy way to clean them??? and the lights under the headlights but above the blinker lights how do i clean the inside of that does that plastic thing just pop right off?!

That black stuff is what happens when your brakes start losing their ability to brake. Semi-metallics will always (100% of vehicles I've done with those brakes do it) dust hardcore until the pad eventually falls off.
You'll need a wire brush or wire wheel along with wheel cleaner. It comes in a purple bottle I forget the name of it. Works really well.
