CEL codes 17, 18 and 33

Greetings. I have a 90 vert, that is running with the Check engine light on. It only comes on when I do not press the gas, at idle or shifting gears. The car seems to studder when I engine brake. I recently replaced my entire fuel delivery system with my parts car, since the TB, and dynamic chamber is ported. The CEL light has been on ever since. I read the flashes today and I get the following numbers.

17 Feedback system for O2 sensor
18 Throttle sensor - narrow range
33 Solenoid valve - port air bypass

I do not know how to go about trouble shooting these problems. I did check that all the wires and harnesses are plugged in. I have also noticed a drop of about 2MPG since this "upgrade". As always help is appriciated! Thanks!

Can't anyone help me with this problem? Should I take a picture of the engine bay to get it started? I have to get my emissions tested this year, and it will not pass with the CEL on. Also I cannot simply reinstall the old parts. I put all those parts into the trunk of my parts car, and that was stolen from my house.

Reset codes, See if they come back

O2 sensor hooked up right? How old is it?

TPS set properly? Did you check the range? Is it plugged in properly?

Check the sensors with a multimeter.

Worst case, just pull the CEL light out, replace it with a resistor and plug it back in :P

33 is your ACV I do believe, the wires are brittle and can break off easy on the ACV.

18, your TPS is probably just misadjusted, if it's not the same TPS as the one you had before, pull the TPS off the old TB and put it back on and re-adjust it according to the FSM.

Thanks for the input. However that old TPS is long gone. It was in the parts car when it was stolen. Can I just recalibrate the new one?
