Just replaced Oil Pedestal O-Rings! Props to...

I replaced the o-rings, they were more like gaskets when I pulled them out: squashed flat.
The procedure was easy enough, just have a small 10mm open ended wrench, it's a tight fit in those quarters. I took longer so I could clean off all the caked oil all over everything.
I took it around the block, no leaks!

You waited this long to do that? Shame on you! I did it the second I saw the how-to procedure. It's a good time to remove your oil pressure sending unit for a good cleaning also. This is one of those things to do when everything is running right and you are just looking for a reason to start wrenching.
