Hey just wanted to let everyone know that I finally ordered my 13b turbo engine for my 90 gxl. The engine is a 90 JDM turbo with tranny, ecu and harness. I talked to the guy today and he is going to ship it monday for me, he said it may take 8 days to get there. I think it will be more like 5 or so. I got the car last november with a bad rear rotor and I finally have an engine I can put in it.

 

No one cares I guess, I know where im wanted...

 

Was that one of the ebay specials? Are you swaping to the same car (any changes?).

thats cool, i just swaped a jdm T2 into my 90 GTUs, but i havnt got to drive it yet(i just got it running, like 5 min ago). if you need any help, i probably cant help you, but im always here if you have no better options(just north of columbus)

I'm not the only one converting to the darkside as we speak? I have a recent thread up of pics on my s5 JDM Rebuilt, sandblasted, painted and streetported Engine waiting to be Installed when my Clutch comes through.

 

what did you pay, I'm trying to decide on largely (? wording) porting my 86 na, or going turbo.

 

go turbo...you will like it better in the longrun...way more potential than a huge ported n/a
