Awww man I am still in the virgin pool :-( Anyways I have been thinking about this and thinking about this. Not going to use one in the immediate future but if you are going to have them and sell some I will end up grabbing one I like it to much to pass.

What about making this work in a SA?

You can pay the full amount or a deposit up until about 8 pm tonight (thats when the supplier in Hong Kong gets in and the order gets finalized).

sorry 6000K is the lowest I can get. I don't think any bulb manufactures drop under 6000K, just because of the type of light.

6000K, 8000K and 10,000K are the standards

6000K means K = Kelvin. It is the temp. of the light. It has NOTHING to do with the amount of light the bulb produces. That is measured in Lummens or Candels.

Actaully, any HID bulb that is over 4300K is putting LESS light foward than a 6000k, 8000k or anything higher.

And a 4300K bulb is going to have less of a blue light than 6000K. Anything past 4300K is really for looks. But on the bright side it is better than any halegon bulb.

Check out these websites. I didn't know jack about HID before I noticed this group buy...then I started googleing.

http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/ Have to registar but read the HID universty forum

http://faqlight.carpassion.info/ Outstanding info here

The biggest problem we face is we are stuck with these damn H4 housings. The quaility of your HID really depends on the housing you use. But if you really want nice lights with good color and outstanding cutoff you need projectors.

Also, here lays it out really well.
