NA Fuel pump Q's

Quick question. Will an S4 NA fuel pump work on an S5 NA? Mine is going bad in my 89 and I can get a fuel pump from an S4 for pretty cheap and it's still relatively good. The only thing is I work at Gay A$$ Kragen Auto Parts and there are two different part numbers for the fuel pumps.

So, are the part #'s different just cause the fuel pump sensors/assembly might be different, but the actually pump itself is the same? Or is it because the pumps are different?

Help would be appreciated thanks

Alex

Yea I'd figure they work cause I've seen plenty FD and T2 fuel pumps in NA's. Just seeing those two different part numbers made me ponder. Thanks, anymore input anyone?
