JDM Door Vents and Roll Bar *pics*

Just recieved my JDM Door Vents other day and got em installed. What you think?? Don't ask what they cost, JDM = Pay way too dang much

And also I've started with the Roll Bar install. It's about finished now. I had to take it out and re-mount it about 3 inches further back that my original mounting point. Custom Panel behind the seat wasn't allowing the bar to placed back as far as it should have but instead of redoing the panel I gave it a shot mounting the bar as far back as possible. Ended up having to take it back out, redo the panel and then reinstalling the bar. I have 2 bolts left at the moment and will share some updated pics probably tomorrow. It's been a week long pain in he butt.

what kind of roll bar is that. I have only heard of autopower making them for fc's, but that doesn't look like one. It is pimped though. I want.

LOL, Yeah the sticker on the drivers side is right side around, the passenger side sticker is a mirror image. It came like that on purpose.

You can get those window vents and or the roll bar from These guys

I'm going to finish up the install tonight and will take some more close up pictures of the mounting points and stuff.

Ok, I'm finally finished. Here's a few pics ..

I got an old truck tube and cut out pieces to go under the top plate and above the bottom plate to help with vibration.

I had to cut out a section on the panel behind the seats and move the bar back after I mounted it the first time. I've filled the holes with silicon and have sprayed some undercoating over the plates in the fender wells and floor pan since these were taken.

The car domain site has been up and down all day. I have some of them on RX7club HERE I haven't uploaded the finished pics to the club gallery yet though.

Sure sunshine, I paid $175.00 if I remember correctly from Aerodyne Industries , if you call them and ask about the door vents they can get them for you. I don't think I saw them on their website but they are on their demo car and I asked where they got them and they said they had some and sent a pair out.

Thats Vinyl covered partical board. The raised effect was made by gluing down a thick flexable paper in the shape we wanted then when the vinyl is glued down the raised effect shows. But to answer your question, no I'm not that good with things like that, a guy by the name of Jimmy did it, he's the one who did my stereo instal and fabricated the door panels and rear side panels.

THIS is their website. They do really good work.
