Well what exactly did you do to "unflood" it? If you took out the egi fuses and cranked it and then tried to start it, then do it again and crank it ALOT. Crank it over and over and over and over. Then repeat. Then try to start it. Also, not sure on any history on this car, but are you sure it has gas in it? And if so how old is it? If you are getting fuel, you need to check to be sure your getting spark.

I had to pull my TII behind a truck to get it to start.

After cranking the engine for a while, did you notice the coolant reservoir tank overflowing?? May be your coolant seals that are bad.

Remove the ignition and fuel injector fuses from the engine bay. Now remove the leading spark plugs from both rotors. Have a buddy crank the engine a little and watch the spark plug holes. If water comes out of them, your coolant seals are bad and you will need a rebuild.
