Interior a pillar replacements options

Does anyone know if someone has tried making the interior a pillars?
I accisentally broke my passenger side in half. You cant tell its broken but rattles now.

I'm in the very early stages of 3D scanning a lot of hard to get parts for reverse engineering and manufacturing. The A pillars could be something I could look into

That would be nice but be aware that the S4 and S5 pillar trim is completely different.

if I was looking for new parts I would. Otherwise used parts work just as well for scanning as long as they aren't damaged.
