My s4 Plastic surround that gos around the stereo and vents are broke in like 4 places. And wont stay in place. its broken down where it meets with the Sig lighter and ashtray also. Are there metal or fiberglass replacements? because i was thinking of going down getting a used one. But they are hard to get. And the plastic is So old it cracks to easy..

Anyone have any ideas on replacement parts or does Mazda still make them?

 

S5's have rubber instead of plastic. I would search for one of those.
Replaced my broken s4 one with an s5 one and it looks way better and will never break.

 

There are carbon fiber ones. (Obviously VERY durable.) - If you don't like the CF look, you could always paint it. I'd go with a S5 surround, as MrGoodnight had stated. It would be a cheaper solution.

 

yep s5 surround and center vents, id also get the shifter surround in s5 also, as it is rubber as well

 

Really. Ok thanks. I did not know that s5's would work. or that they were rubber. Ill see if i can find them somewhere.

 

You can get them new here. they have the shifter surrounds too.
