Intercooler piping

So Im doing my swap for S5 to S5 TII and I was wondering what should I buy for the intercooler piping (turbo outlet to TMIC). I have found things like http://www.turbowholesale.com/produc...at=1429&page=1 and also universal silicone ones on ebay.

Are there significant advantages to an all metal? Does it have all of the necessary lines for my BAC system?

I havent dealt with turbos much before (in cars) and would like some advice since the longblock doesnt have a stock one.

I think you should invest in a FMIC if you're willing to spend $100 on a 6" pipe.

hey man that is only for the compression tube that bolts onto the throttle body and nothing more. if you are planning going front mount intercooler it would be a good idea to buy that because it helps with flow into the throttle body. but it cannot be used with the stock intercooler.

huh??? +$1000 TMIC????

Wait what are you looking to buy exactly? Your first post says something about the turbo outlet to TMIC and the link you found is for the GReddy compression tube. Two different pieces brother, the GReddy pipe is used for Front Mount or V mount setups, not the stock TMIC.

I think you're looking for a BOV pipe, something like this:

The BOV pipes can be found on e-bay or with good BOV kit, and I would certainly expect it to be metal.

Is this right?

Its just a pipe....buy some 2" exhaust pipe from advance and weld your BOV/flange on it. Good to go.

But don't use mild steel exhaust tubing. It will rust internally unless it is coated.

any one that is 2" wide will work, you might need to modify it to meet your exact needs ( particular BOV or nipple for BAC).

There happens to be a nice Blitz piece for sale on ebay for $20 right now if you want it. Looks just like mine pictured above.
search for "RX7 BOV pipe".
