Intercooler piping ?
Im lookign to buy an universial intercooler kit for a rx7, heres how its listed (Intercooler Piping CRX Integra RX7 WRX STi + 3" BOV Kit). I asked the guy what year its for he said 02~06. Do you guys think it might possibly fit an 88 rx7 since its a universial kit? thanks

you can make anything work really... you aren't going to find a custom fit piping package for that much. I think the only prefit kits that they have are greddy and corksport. Basically, yes it will work but you have to make it.

Dude nothing "fits" an Rx7. Even the products made for them. LMAO But if you're a little handy that kit will work fine. Its similar to the piping that Boostedfc3s used on his car. Post pics when you are done

1) You need to figure out the routing of your intercooler pipes.
2) Once you get that done, then you need to see how many bends and straight lengths you need.
If you can't figure the above, take it to a shop that can.
This is almost like some 3rd grade spatial recognition test.
Those "universal" intercooler piping kits are NOT made for the listed cars.
Vendors / sellers list them just to get search hits.
Stupid people assume it's going to drop right in - they don't.
You'll need to cut them and fit them to YOUR application.

Yes, I know that the universal piping won't fit right away. I would have to do bends myself and cut them and stuff..... gonna be a pain in the ***.....
But what do you mean by, figuring out the routing for the pipes and figuring how many bends and straights you need? I thought that the straighter it is, the better. Less restriction...

WTF?
You're not even the OP, and this is not your thread...
You're right - straight is best.
It's obvious that you cannot run everything in a straight line.
So...this means you have to have bends / turns.
Running lots of straight pipe with lots of tight kinks for bends is not the best way.
Smooth, large radius bends are best.
