intercooler flip

Is it ok to flip the intercooler to prevent the piping from blocking the brake duct. Of coruse the piping would have to be modded.

i do not see why not
are you getting the Greddy Kit cause if you are deciding to flip it just build a custom

note that the shorter the piping the less pressure drop and air flow hesitation.

Ok, so you're going to flip the IC around so it'll get in the way of the headlights now?

I have been woundering about how to connect the pipes to the Greddy IC... I don´t like to cut in my car, they are very rare here in Sweden, only 16 S5 that not´s imported!
So I have it custom made!

I solved the issue with long pipes by mounting a lower radiator, so the pipes could go over it! I will post some
pics when I get a new cam.
There will be no problem by flipping the IC...

What you say is true, However the difference that is actually involved is in the nano seconds... people talk of this all the time... but there is no measurable difference it's all in your head guy's... NZconvertible if you are out there you can prove me right or wrong!

As for flipping the core... why, if you simply leave it the way it is I am not certain how it blocks the intake? And you will most likely have to modify the pipping anyway!
