Intake Manifold Port Polish?

just wondering i am rebuilding my 13bna S5 and i was thinking of port polishing the intake manifold so air comes in smoother
anyone done this?
any hazards to look out for?
any information would help thanks

Don't make it too smooth. You want some turbulence so fuel doesn't stick to the walls. That said, you won't really gain anything doing this, but if you have the means and feel like doing it, it couldn't hurt.

If your talking about porting and polishing the openings in the manifold, it will get you nowhere. Getting down into the VDI manifold to port it all the way through would be nigh impossible.
