Intake leak will make car stall?

I have a home-made intake tube I bought from someone. I think that it is leaking now maybe. I mean before my idle was way high, and thought it was leaking because someone said an intake leak will cause a high idle. Can an worse intake leak cause the car not to idle at all? I took it off and thought I might have fixed it by readjusting it but maybe made it worse.

An intake leak will cause a high idle on a FD, only if it is after the throttle plates, otherwise it'll just loose boost/power.

On a FC and intake leak will cause a rough/lower idle, if it is big enough the car will stall at idle or lower rpms. If it is a really big intake leak it just won't run at all.

Yes, an intake leak can definently make your car stall, or at a very minimum make your car idle very erratically.
