Intake & exhaust questions

I am about to put an intake or exhaust on my 88 rx7 na. I was wondering who makes the best intake, also what kind of exhaust setups some of you have, and do I need some type of air flow coming to the intake?

You'd probably want to start off with a search of the forum first, and I am sure you'll see lots of pics and such of people's setups during the process of sifting through it all.

Wow, White seven nice engine bay on your site!
good color scheme for the engine bay.

I saw the pics of your bomex rear bumper and it looks good from the side but I think the look from the rear is a little too ricey for me. I like the side skirts though.
