Intake?

hey all

i bought my car almost a year ago and i have relized its tunning potential... i have searched and searched for a cold air intake for my 88 fc (13 b) and i cant find anything.....HELP PLEASE

buy one 3" 12" pipe, one of the same with a mandrel bent 90 degree at the top,athat is 11" long. buy 3 pipe couplers,a nd attatch it all together. run it down into the wheel well. (well.. in front of the wheel well)

the CAI kits from like 94 preludes work well.. check ebay

Intake mods are just like any car & the above will work fine.

Before you start any exhaust mods, read up on how the aux ports work.

when you say "have searched and searched for a cold air intake for my 88 fc (13 b) and i cant find anything....." Do you mean that you can't find a kit that you can buy, or do you mean that you can't find any info on how to fab one up?

If it is that you can't find one to buy - that's because there are none.

If it is that you can't find any info on how to fab one up, then you aren't searching very hard! lol. This site has a massive amount of CAI ideas and techniques. Search around and you'll find a setup that you can reproduce your self with little effort.

do you mean all this is included in the kit for the prelude?

He means that you can take the parts from a Prelude kit, and modify them so that they will "fit" on an FC. There is no "Plug and Play" intake however.

You'll need to fab up your own CAI.
