installing S5 T2 sideskirts on NA

installing S5 T2 sideskirts on NA

has anyone done this, how do they suggest doing it? the holes on the sideskirts arent there on the NA

drill whatever small holes are necessary then use some self tapping screws.

See sig pic of the 'vert, it has installed s5 sideskirts and lip.

I cleaned and roughed both surfaces, and used some quality 3m doublesided tape to adhere to the innner surfaces, along with some glue here and there. The frontmost halves of the skirts wanted to pull apart right by the door, and the paint man who did my car used some sort of glue, not sure what, to help them stay, he said theyll never come loose again. I mounted them though, and drilled holes for the sides and bottom, using sheetmetal screws about 3/4" long, and washers about 1/2" diameter.

what about all the little plastic clips? break them off?

You dont have to break them off if they arent already, they slide out of place. You couldnt use them anyway, unless you drilled holes all in your car, and you dont wanna do that in case you sell it or dont like the skirts.
