Exclamation Injectors not firing! Gurus Help!

Well I got my TII installed yesterday. Sat back and finished all the easy stuff (plugging everything in) today. Now I have just one problem.

It won't start. Well it will if you use starting fluid. Fuel pressure is great. Spark is great. But it seems the injectors aren't doing anything. After you crank it you can pull a plug and see that it is dry. We have tried everything. Went through all the connections again, nothing.

Details:
The engine is a fresh rebuild.
It is in a 90 GXL.
I got the engine as an assembled longblock, so all the fun stuff was already in its place and connected when I picked it up.
Yes, I have the TII ECU in it.
Yes, I have the TII harness as well.

What else will cause the injectors not to fire besides the ECU being bad?
Surely not all the injectors are bad. We checked and they are all plugged in.

I hope someone can help me!!

First thing to do is check for 12V+ power with the ign on at each injector connector, one prong should have 12V+. If not, then you probably have a part of the wiring harness not plugged in near the ECU, in the passenger side corner.

injectors should ALL have +12v on one side. the other side is a pulsed ground from the ECU.

DID you remember to hook up the ground thats under the TB (like 3 black wires that go to a ring terminal to one of the bolts on the rotor housings? this is the dedicated injector ground.

make sure the AFM is connected.

make sure you have a good connection at the injector resistor pack.

Hmm, there is another harness plug up in that corner? All the ECU plugs are in and accounted for, I didn't look up there to see if anything else was unplugged. I was told that the engine was running fine using that ECU for a test run before I got it, so it should be good. Also I am sure he connected everything properly as far as the rail goes (this is what he does for a living). I'll look into it after work tonight.

If anyone else has an idea, feel free to throw it out.

If you check the injectors for 12 volts, leave the meter leads in place and spin the CAS by hand to see what effect it has on the meter reading. You should see the meter reading cycle from higher to lower voltage if the injectors are getting the signal to spray.

If the injectors are getting the signal from the ECU, then maybe they're all clogged. Have they been sitting a while?

This thread might help, because the first post has some ideas on what you might check.
